Jen St Jack
Jen is best known for her exceptional writing, strategic thinking and decisive problem-solving skills. She helps clients create a shared vision, then crafts strategies and policies that solve real problems and can be implemented. Her facilitation style brings parties on board, draws out relevant perspectives and ideas, and achieves joint ownership of mutually-agreed outcomes. As a wordsmith, Jen ably distills complex ideas and translates jargon into plain, compelling English.
Jen has a decade of experience in environmental management, urban planning, economic development and organisational performance, across the government, private and not-for-profit sectors.
With a particular interest in water resources, Jen spent over six years developing water allocation plans and water management in mining policy. One highlight was establishing a partnership between a charity and a River Murray irrigation community to rescue local wetlands from drought.
A former ministerial adviser in regional development, Jen has strong networks with Regional Development Australia boards. She has developed proposals that secured funding for major RDA-led projects and is passionate about assisting regional agribusiness and aged care sectors to grow through trade with China.
